WRITE (not type) you dream down, you must be specific as possible.
2. Let me know if this
is the first time you have had this dream, or if it is reoccurring
3. Let me know if you
have these dreams at night or during the day.
4. Do Not be hesitant
to write all details about the dream, something may feel awkward or embarrassing
to tell, but remember, we do things in our dreams we would not necessarily
do in our waking state.
5. Write and sign your
name at the bottom.
